Fit & Installation

Models: fits only the CLS X218 Shooting Brake. Installation on the Saloon has not been tested.
AMG models: The bonnet attachment cannot be fitted. The front bumper is adapted in the area of the power dome so that it aligns cleanly with the AMG bonnet.
Clearance: The front wings and rear side panels are modified accordingly.
Rear bumper: should be completed with AMG 63 tailpipes (not included in the scope of delivery).

Description

Our PDV4 Diffuser gives the Mercedes CLS X218 Shooting Brake more dynamism and accentuates the sporty lines of the vehicle. The material is a glass-fibre composite, elaborately laminated by hand and then finished.

The PDV4 Diffuser sits on the PDV4 Rear Bumper and thus gives the Mercedes CLS X218 Shooting Brake an individual character and a certain touch of motorsport flair.

Installation:
We generally recommend having the installation carried out by suitably qualified specialists. Depending on the aerodynamic package/body package/body kit/widebody kit, the installation work involved can range from minor to very extensive. Depending on your region, we would be happy to offer you professional installation at our premises or refer you to one of our sales and installation partners.

Material & workmanship

On vehicles with PDC, recesses for the PDC sensors must be prepared in the PDV4 bumper. On vehicles with a headlight washer system (SRA), the existing system can be adapted to the front bumper; the washer system and its cover caps must be fitted into the front bumper. The PDV4 widebody wings and PDV4 side skirts replace the original parts. The PDV4 rear bumper is supplied complete with rear diffuser and the matching cut-outs for a 4-pipe rear silencer.
